If the forum has blocked you as a spammer it's usually down to the username you have chosen. It has probably been used by a spammer in the past and then blocked on the system. We use a database from StopForumSpam. If you could try and register with a different username, it should let you on. If not ...

This is normal, it just means the PM is unread. It will move to your sent items once it has been read.
