air-con on startup - how do I stop it?

hello, I have a automatic corsa 2021 and the air con automatically turns on when you turn the car on.

I've searched the settings and looked in the manual but there's nothing on how to stop this. Can anyone help pls?

If I recall when I had the Corsa...if you turn the fan blower to off before you turn the engine off then when you restart it the AC doesn't come on....but then you've got the hassle of remembering to turn off/on fan every time when it's easier just to turn off the AC. Another niggle that Vauxhall should have addressed with an upgrade. Prove me wrong and try it incase I just dreamed it
