charger stuck in car

Hi I have a corsae the car will not release the charger, and on my zappi app it says that ev is preventing charging, any advice please

Hi we have Zappi and Corsa E. Only time this happened and it was solved by locking and unlocking car and then pushing the unlock button on charging port.
