Interior blower motor

Im having issues with a blower motor not working, I've got the motor out and it works fine with a test probe does anybody know if i need the dashboard out to change the resistor? There is very little online being such a new car but I can see that I'm not the first to have this problem. Thanks

Yes, there are a few reports on Facebook too of similar problems. Please keeps us updated on what you find.
